He told the RTS that the majority stake in the Serbian Oil Industry (NIS) will most probably be sold to the Hungarian MOL. “I can’t say anything before the end but there is no doibt that MOL with NIS and the state of Serbia worked on the letter to OFAC and on getting this operating license which gives us breathing room and an opportunity to get crude supplies,” he said, adding that if that is put to OFAC it will approve or else the operating license will be revoked.
