“The Western Balkans partners are encouraged to make use of the provisions for long-term visas and residence permits or the flexibility foreseen under the Schengen rules, notably as regards the rules for cross-border workers. And all of this includes collaboration with neighboring Schengen states,” said spokesman Guillaume Mercier, adding that the next working group meeting is planned for the week of the 23rd of February.
