“By letter dated 10 February 2026, Ms Ana Brnabic, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, requested an urgent opinion of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe on the amendments and additions to the Law on Public Prosecution, the Law on the High Prosecutorial Council, the Law on the Organization and Jurisdiction of State Authorities in the Fight against High-Tech Crime, the Law on Judges and the Law on the Seats and Territorial Jurisdictions of Courts and Public Prosecutor’s Offices,” the Commission said in a press release.
