Anniversary of NATO air campaign marked

According to official estimates, a total of some 2,500 civilians were killed in the bombings, including 89 children and another 6,000 were wounded. The NATO air campaign destroyed bridges, roads and other infrastructure. Schools were bombed along with health care facilities, state media outlets, the Chinese embassy, monuments and other cultural heritage sites across what was the FRY.
