Belgrade students launch solidarity initiative to clear snow-covered streets

“At this time of year, something like this can’t be a surprise. I believe the responsibility lies with individuals and with the institutions whose job it is to handle these situations. Extreme weather cannot be an excuse, especially when it comes to the power grid – like what is happening right now in Loznica and Mali Zvornik, where people have been without electricity since Sunday. Things like this can’t be justified by bad weather,” the student said.
