Communal inspectors set to fine rebellious building residents

The inspector entered the building without permission from the residents, taking photographs of various plants and flowers in the communal areas on every floor. Architect Slobodan Maldini, known for his criticism of the authorities following the Novi Sad Railway Station tragedy, said that he and the other residents were told proceedings had been launched over the flowers, a misplaced fire extinguisher and an open electricity meter locker which Maldini said is always locked alleging that the inspector broke it open.
