An X post said that Lepa Todosijevic, a member of a polling station commission nominated by the Aleksandar Vucic – Together We Can Do Everything MP group was given a 2 year suspended sentence for falsifying the results of the vote at a polling station in the Mionica municipality during the December 2023 parliamentary elections. The 1st Basic Court in Mionica suspended the 6 month jail sentence handed down to Todosijevic.
