RGZ rejects Insajder TV’s request to access General Staff case file

“Allowing a person who is not a party to the proceedings to inspect the case file would make facts about an unfinished procedure publicly available. That would complicate, obstruct and jeopardize the conduct of this authority’s work, because the public would effectively assume the role of the authority by publishing its own comments, suggestions, opinions and objections regarding the specific case,” the RGZ wrote, Insajder reported.
