Serbian, EU officials discuss judiciary reforms

A press release said that the meeting was co-chaired, on behalf of Serbia, by Assistant Minister of Justice Branislav Stojanovic and Acting Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior Veljko Odalovic, and on behalf of the European Union, by Deputy Head of Unit at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Enlargement and Eastern Neighbourhood Julien Kramp. It said that the Subcommittee meets annually to take stock of developments in rule of law and fundamental rights in the context of accession negotiations, including the follow-up of the recommendations identified in the European Commission’s Annual Report.
