Serbian judiciary employees protest against changes in laws they claim threaten their independence

„Citizens should be alarmed, because the laws passed in the Parliament, which concern the judiciary, will indirectly affect every citizen at some point. The goal of these laws and the intention of the legislators and proposers is to perfidiously place the prosecution and judiciary under the control of the executive branch. Here we would have state prosecutors and judges who would work in the interests of the party, and not the law and the Constitution and the oath they took,“ he said.
