The origins of the case date back to December last year, when Auto Cacak, a car dealership owned by businessman Milenko Kostic, reportedly informed the BIA that it was unilaterally terminating their cooperation. According to the document, the decision was prompted by public statements from Stojkovic accusing the BIA of breaking the law, which allegedly caused public concern and posed reputational risks to the company.
