Venice Commission on Serbia meetings: Urgent opinion due in coming weeks

The delegation held exchanges with the President of the National Assembly, the Minister of Justice, Members of Parliament, and representatives of the High Prosecutorial Council, the High Judicial Council, the Supreme Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Special Department for the Suppression of High-Tech Crime, and the Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime. It also met with civil society organizations, professional associations of judges and prosecutors, as well as representatives of the European Union (EU) Delegation to Serbia and other international partners.
