Vucic: Pancevo refinery won’t be shut down

He told the pro-regime TV Pink that Serbia has the money and was prepared to buy the NIS oil company but refused to disclose the reasons why the talks with the Russian majority owners failed to result in an agreement, claiming disclosure would disrupt relations with certain countries.
