BU Rector Djokic says he will stand in elections if called

“We still don’t know when elections will come and which elections. What we do know is the fact that I did not apply nor speak out as someone with the political ambition to be a political leader. I am a university professor, University Rector. However, in a situation when the university is under attack, in a situation when the police raid the university, in a situation when people are outside waiting, I have an obligation to address them,” he said commenting the police raids of the Belgrade University Rectorate and School of Philosophy.
