Opposition MP: Constitutional Court seeks Parliament’s input on challenged judicial laws

In a post on X, Jerinic noted that the Court is acting on two motions for a constitutionality review. These challenges were submitted by several opposition parliamentary groups – including the People’s Movement of Serbia, the Movement of Free Citizens- Party of Democratic Action of Sandzak-Democratic Action Party and the Green-Left Front, as well as the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Organized Crime.
